CINNAMON MACADAMIA NUT LOAF
Lower Carb, Keto Friendly, Paleo Friendly, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
This bread is so dense! It has a crusty outer layer and a moist cake-like center.
1.5 cups fine blanched almond flour
1/2 cup cassava flour
1 cup raw macadamia nuts
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup kite hill plain almond yogurt
1/2 cup Perfect Keto Nut Butter
1/2 cup Lakanto powdered sweetener (Get 20% off!)
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients in your food processor with an S blade until smooth.
Scoop your batter into a lightly greased silicon bread loaf pan. Even out your batter.
Bake your bread at 350 F for 55-60 minutes or until a sharp knife comes out of the center clean.
Cool your bread on a cooling rack for 5 minutes then carefully flip your bread over onto your cooling rack out of the silicon mold.
Let your bread cool to room temperature.
Store your bread in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container or zip lock bag.
